Millwee Wins at Buena Vista

The Taft College Men's Golf Team hosted their second home tournament of the 2017 season at Buena Vista Golf Course in Taft, CA.
Vance Millwee was the individual champion thanks to a 1-under-par 71. Reedley's Jace Merlo finished runner-up with a score of 73. Taft's Tanner Leikam and Blake Bourelle tied for 8th place with scores of 78. Hayden DeFreece posted 94.
Reedley is still undefeated at the halfway mark of CVC play (TC does not qualify for team scores since the roster consists of only 4 players). 6 CVC matches are in the books with 6 more to go which begins on March 20 at Kings River Country Club.
