Irey shoots 84 in loss to Reedley

Led by Alyssa Irey's 84 card, the Taft College women's golf team shot 406 in a non-conference match vs. Reedley College at Buena Vista Golf Club.
"The team is playing much better but their scoring has just not caught up with them yet," said Taft head coach Bruce Burroughs. "Each player had a couple of holes that pushed their score up and once they clean up those holes, the team score will come down."

Reedley shot 324 to beat the Cougars. The Tigers were led by Monica Yu's score of 75.
