Taft College Cougars Triumph in Volleyball Showdown Against San Bernardino Valley
The Taft College Cougars secured a vital victory in their college volleyball face-off against the San Bernardino Valley College Lady Wolverines on September 24, 2025, in Victorville. Demonstrating resilience and strategic skill, the Cougars won the neutral site contest with a final score of 3-1.
The match began intensely with both teams battling hard, but Taft College pulled ahead, taking the first set 25-22. In the second set, the Lady Wolverines counterattacked to win 25-17, leveling the playing field. However, Taft regained their composure, dominantly winning the third and fourth sets with scores of 25-16 and 25-12, respectively, thus clinching the victory.
