The Taft College Cougars showcased exceptional skill and teamwork in their latest conference volleyball clash, securing a dominant 3-0 victory over Lemoore College at their home court on October 10, 2025. The victory further bolstered their impressive season record to 18-2.
From the first serve, the Cougars demonstrated their prowess, winning the initial set convincingly with a score of 25-15. They maintained their momentum in the second set, overcoming the Golden Eagles 25-12, and concluded the match triumphantly in the third set with a score of 25-16. The seamless set victories underline the Cougars' strategic play and effective execution under pressure.
Prominent performances were seen across the board from the Cougars' squad. Jazzahlei Satele stood out with a game-high 13 kills, alongside substantial defensive efforts with 1 block and 12 digs.
